Bulk Transport API and Protocols over UDT (btap-scho)

Summary

This project aims to implement the Bulk Transport API and two advanced transport protocols over the UDP-based data transfer library (UDT). The outcomes of this project are as below.

An implementation of the bulk transport API with which programmers can conveniently make use of UDT in C programs
Two congestion control mechanisms implemented in the UDT framework:

Bulk transport API patch (which includes the API, and FAST and GTP congestion control mechanisms)
UDT v2.0
Demo programs: client.c server.c

The software is distributed under the Internet2 open-source license.
